MEQ® is corporate Learning & Development that uses the principles of Mindfulness (M) and Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to develop Leadership, Productivity and Wellbeing skills.

Participants are taken on an introspective journey to understand their inherent qualities, develop their leadership potential and build strength and emotional resilience that can be applied from day one.

What do the Programmes Teach?

Our Programmes enable participants to find and/or develop the leader inside themselves, own their time keeping, master team dynamics, make meditation a part of their everyday lives and learn tools that can be used in any scenario to remain calm, focused, productive and emotionally stable.

Participants are coached with weekly direct contact modules and encouraged with interim updates via a Buddy Group. Right from the start the group framework and the sharing of personal intuitive experience allows learning and development to come from all sides.

Ready-Made Programmes

Programmes can be configured as weekly 2 hour sessions, half days or full day sessions to suit your team's availability.

If participants are unable to attend a module in person they can dial in, or if they miss a module they can watch a catch up recording.
