Body Scan (Short)
A shorter version of the most widely used mindfulness practice in the world. Suitable for those who have less time and want something powerful, long lasting and grounding to anchor themselves for the day, to prepare for the evening or to sleep better at night.
This practice helps you tap into your inner power. It anchors you firmly within your self and shows you how - as long as you are breathing - there is more right with you than wrong with you and that all your challenges will pass in the face of your own deep-routed inner calm.
Body Scan (Dissolve)
Another version of the world's most popular mindfulness practice. This version has you dissolving parts of your body rather than simply holding your attention in parts of your body. It is very useful for those who find the regular body scan lacks a visual or suggestive approach.
Theatre of the Mind
Theatre of the Mind is an advanced practice for those who are already comfortable with meditation and are ready to confront the more difficult emotional histories, aspects and challenges they face. AJ Bicât is one of the world's top corporate MEQ® instructors.
He has taught in hundreds of organisations including Penguin, M&C Saatchi, Mind Candy, The Department for Work and Pensions and Cisco.
AJ grew up traveling extensively and studying tribal and religious philosophy and psychology in Nepal, Tibet, Australia, Russia and North America.
He then built a 20-year career in education, film & TV working for Artburst, the London College of Contemporary Arts, Buena Vista International, BBC TV, Paramount and Channel 4 as teacher, lecturer, actor, producer, director and writer.
On returning to live in the UK he became a CFM Qualified MBSR™ Facilitator under the tutelage of Jon Kabat-Zinn's University of Massachusetts Oasis Centre for Mindfulness.
