A short and to-the-point practice to grab your attention quickly while at work and then help you come to your breath simply, swiftly and with ease.
An Introduction to Mindfulness at Work
An introduction to MEQ® (applied mindfulness and emotional intelligence) and a short practice to help people start using it in the workplace
The Cinema Inside Advanced
For those with busy minds or busy days who need swift extra help to slow, quieten and halt the babble of thoughts that drag us along all day.
The Cinema Inside
This shorter cinema inside practice is perfect for those who have particularly busy minds and for those who require a more hands on guide that leads you you step by step into the calm spaces that exist between our thoughts. For a slightly longer version of this practice please see The Cinema Inside Advanced.
Body Scan (Short)
A shorter version of the most widely used mindfulness practice in the world. Suitable for those who have less time and want something powerful, long lasting and grounding to anchor themselves for the day, to prepare for the evening or to sleep better at night.
This practice helps you tap into your inner power. It anchors you firmly within your self and shows you how - as long as you are breathing - there is more right with you than wrong with you and that all your challenges will pass in the face of your own deep-routed inner calm.
Body Scan (Dissolve)
Another version of the world's most popular mindfulness practice. This version has you dissolving parts of your body rather than simply holding your attention in parts of your body. It is very useful for those who find the regular body scan lacks a visual or suggestive approach.
Theatre of the Mind
Theatre of the Mind is an advanced practice for those who are already comfortable with meditation and are ready to confront the more difficult emotional histories, aspects and challenges they face. It is a powerful tool so use it wisely. Never extend further than you feel ready to extend and always practice Theatre of the Mind with absolute kindness to yourself.
This practice removes obstacles to resolution by reframing conflict as an entirely compassionate and human interaction. Harness your very own powerful energies of love and kindness to put new momentum into the places that need it most and to bring the perspectives of those who are in conflict closer together.
